When I first Started Buying Probate/Inheritance Properties many years ago, I started doing direct mail marketing to Probate Lists. I QUICKLY got a BAPTISM BY FIRE doing these types of deals. There was a Huge learning curve!!! WOW did I get yelled at... A LOT! But the crazy part, was I loved the CHALLENGE. I'm a problem solver by nature and a little ADD (although never formally diagnosed...) so I LOVE challenging Deals. It Keeps my brain working!
